Resumen
In the Academic Unit of Poultry Research (PROCAP Project). Faculty of Animal Science. Four isoelectric diets and different protein levels based on quinoa of second class on the productive yield of creole capon chickens under intensive production system such as: T1 (2800Kcal ME/kg DM and 15% CP); T2 (2800 Kcal ME/kg DM and 17% CP); T3 (2800 Kcal ME/kg DM and 19% CP) y T4 (2800 Kcal ME/kg DM and 21% CP) were evaluated. These treatments had 25 repetitions; under a completely randomized design. The most significant results were: final weights with 1936,29g (T3) and 1904,14g (T4) ± 6,91g respectively. The range of consumption of dry matter (DM) g/day of the isoelectric diets and different protein levels based on quinoa were 52,25 (T4) to 71,70(T1). The same tendency is to protein consumption 11,12 to 12,50g/day and consumption of ME kcal/day 149,40 to 205,02. As the level of protein level is increased in the diet, the intake of dry matter, and metabolizable energy decreases with a differentiation with respect to the crude protein (CP) intake in the maximum peak 18,81% (T3). The highest rate of benefit cost was equally 1,44 USD (T3) for every dollar spent 0,44 cents were obtained. The results of the research concluded that the castration technique and the feeding with 2860 kcal ME/Kg DM and 18,81% CP based on quinoa are alternatives of production of the creole capon chicken of backyard
