Estudio parasitario y hematológico para la implementación de un programa sanitario en cabras saanen de la comunidad El Guzo, cantón Penipe

Abstract

In Canton belonging to “The Guzo” community Penipe the implementation of a health schedule for goats based on the results of different laboratory analysis was performed. Based on sampling, hematological parasitic diagnosis and determination of Brucella sp in goats of “The Guzo” community those used experimental units were 78 goats; the results were using descriptive statistics. The research results indicate that population of females (76%), tripones category (48%),high-class (76%), light heavyweight animals (55%) and (2,5%) condición body exists; whereas in hematologic values for hemoglobin analysis (8,29 g/dl), hematocrit (0,24 L/L), glucose (56,12 ± 9,31 mg/dl), calcium (8,26 mg/dl), reported, phosphorus (8,58 mg/dl) iron (118,77 ug/dl) and serological analysis for detection of Brucella were negative in its entirety. According to this analiysis was the timetable set applying Albendazil 25% and B-complex vitamins, deworming greater efficiency was achieved in triponas for nematodes and stongydea with 97,08%, followed with 96,37% Little goats for nematodes and adult strongyldea and finally greater efficiency was for nematodes and strongyldea 91,09%. For what is suggested permanently implement the proposed in this investigation for goats “The Guzo” community calendar orer mitigate the parasite load increasing productive and reproductive parameters.
