Resumen
At Atapulo community that belongs to Cochapamba town Saquisili canton, Cotopaxi province. The plasma LH levels were evaluated in different cello synchronization protocols for timed artificial Corriedale sheep in within 180 days of investigation insemination. At the end of the experiment it was determined that most of plasma LH level was noted in the group treated sheep CIRD + eCG with an average about 23, 15 ng/ml, with was found directly related to the quality of same corpus luteum so the best reproductive walls as conception rates, services per conception, fertility rate and proliferation were determined in Corriedale sheep treated with the system of GnRh+PGF2α+GnRh as synchronization system of artificial insemination at fixed time, also the best cost – benefit ratio was reached in ewes treated with GnRh+PGF2α+GnRh with a value of US$1,34 which means that for every dollar invested in this process a return of US$ 0,34 is obtained. We recommend using a synchronization system GnRh+PGF2α+GnRh Corriedale sheep for fixed- time artificial inseminations because this study presented the best reproductive and economic performance.
