Resumen
The management and education labor outside the classroom, It is a ministerial regulations that
the teachers fulfill in their educational institutions, that consist in the delivery and reporting of
activities outside of classroom weekly, time is 1040 minutes, which the 65% are for activities of
individual management, and the 35% for participating management. The monotony of
processes, information redundancy, the high volume of data and poor monitoring has
discouraged teachers to compliance, for that reason, the investigative work called:
“Methodology for management and monitoring to the extracurricular educational work,
supported by Web development tools for the educational unit Isabel de Godin", It aims to
support teachers and authorities to the elaboration, delivery and control of the reports. The
proposal consists of five phases and includes a web support tool called: GEMLEFC, for its
operatively. The techniques used were, observation, collection, surveys and interviews; each
one used instrument for data collection for its functionality and interpretation. The training and
testing phase was applied to a sample of 97 teachers, resulting in delivery compliance reports
without the proposal was an average of 79.5 monthly teachers, however, with the proposal was
an average of 91.5 teachers, showing that an average increase of 12 teachers to the fulfillment of
each week. The results indicate that there is an acceptance of the proposal and an increase in
motivation to comply with a ministerial regulation, so that the proposal is directly related and
impact on improving teachers' professional performance. For this reason, it is recommended to
the authorities of the educational unit, to follow up on this proposal to implement improvements
to the phases of it and maintain its benefit.
