Estudio para la implementación de un sistema de gestión ambiental en la Hilandería Guijarro del cantón Guano.

Abstract

The present investigation is based in the study of the System of Environmental Management in the industry " Hilandería Guijarro ", applying the norm NTE ISO 14001. T o determine the current situation of the industry she was carried out the Revision Environmental Initial in that it was developed the balance of materials, generation of solid and liquid Residuals, emission of particles, generation of noise, characterizati on of waters residual, particle material. Subsequently she was carried out the Environmental evaluation using the wombs of: Identification, Leopold and Valuation, being obtained the global qualification of the industry. Subsequently it was developed the pr oposals of optimization of Consumption of water and Management of solid Residuals and later on to elaborate the Manual of Environmental Management. In the Revision Environmental Initial qualification of Severe Environmental Impact was obtained to the opera tion of the Hilandería Guijarro , the residual water presents such values as DBO5, DQO, Fatty and superior Oils at the permissible levels for its discharge, the quantity of generated noise is superior to the permissible limit specified in the Ecuadorian env ironmental laws . With the obtained information it was developed the Environmental Politics and the methodology for the optimization of consumption of monthly water in 19.8% being distributed in 24.47% for Thread Tinctured , 15.59% for Thread White and 26.67 % for grey Thread, as well as the Program of Administration of Solid Residuals was developed. Finally you conclude with the elaboration of the Manual of System of Environmental Management completing the Norma's limits NTE - ISO 14000, in those that the pro cedures are developed to be able to start the proposed environmental programs and the general limits for an extension of the system. The setting in March the System of Environmental Management will be in charge of the directive of the Hilandería Guijarro.
