Levels of flour enriched sugar cane in broiler chickens feeding, in the Province of Pastaza Canton 1.5km Puyo the Shell, at the Farm "San Vicente". The effect Cane Flour enriched with different levels of fish meal (8, 10 and 12%) on the yield of fattening chickens. Using the experimental scientific method applied a completely randomized design, for the distribution of the different treatments using Broiler chickens, with the help of a shed, feeding, watering, pet food, balance, records, among others, identified different variables for 120 days of investigation. The results show that using the cane flour enriched with 12% fish meal, can achieve the highest levels of European efficiency during initial stages, growth and fattening of chickens with 440.25, 372.77 and 256.27 points respectively. On the other hand the digestibility of dry matter and crude protein averaged reach 77.20% and 70.47 respectively. Concluding that it is possible to use cane flour enriched with 12% fish meal in feed for broilers, as they showed the best performance parameters, as well as determining the best economic returns a value of 1.29 cost benefit USD. Therefore it is recommended to include 12% of fishmeal in the enrichment of flour cane for Broiler chicken production and perform other research, in which they evaluate different sources of animal protein in the enrichment of the Cane flour.
