Resumen
To carry out the proposed integration of VOIP BUSINESS SOLUTIONS WITH FREE
SOFTWARE conducted a preliminary study of the el
astix voip in cisco and to integrate them
working together and sharing services, through setting up a sip trunk. The experimental
methodology is, I did a test environment with three scenarios, was installed and configured a
router Cme 3.3 in 2811 and elast
ix 2.2 on a PC. Already in the test environment is able to make
calls to internal telephone exchanges or Elastix Call Manager Express and among them, testing
the interoperability of calls and demonstrating a full duplex communication between
technologies.
Cisco equipment was used: a router 2811, two 2960 switch, cisco 7912 ip three
telephones and a laptop PC AMD Athlon X2 QL

3 xlite softphone version 4.0. As an analysis tool was used network protocol analyzer wir
eshark
version 1.6.5
The results obtained in the investigation determined that the architecture used by call centers for
voip communication is transparent to the user because of the connection average time calls,
since they range from 6 to 7 ms. The scala
bility of Elastix, is up to 500 extensions voip, CME
supports 180 while Elastix and CME boards support 680, covering the requirements of growth in
10 years to small, medium and large. The degree of coexistence or integration is measured
according to the op
eration of two Elastix PBX CME and sharing 50% of deployed services.
Clarity of calls by subjective evaluation methodology MOS (Mean Opinion Score), determined
that the audio quality on phone calls is excellent, corresponding to 92%, indicating user
satisf
action voip phone service.
We conclude that the present system crashes or failures for maintenance services. For both

We recommend using the statistical analysis for testing the hypothesis, the method used in this
study is chi square,
obtaining a value of X ^ 2 303.37, which is much higher than the distribution
table is 7.815 . For what value of x squared is in the rejection of the null hypothesis, accepting
the research hypothesis.
