Abstract
The present investigation was carried out repowering of a test electronic injection at School of Automotive Engineering, aims to enable a requires adequate equipment functionality that expand abilities and skills to people who are prepared in the laboratory area; thus, the bank in a better position provides comfort and ease while working and handling equipment for tuning and control. Collection of data and analysis of the current state from bank determined each defective elements for tuning the engine. In phase of affirmation it proceeded to replace and install all components in poor condition with new ones, according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Through a platform programming Arduino Uno was elaborated to tread for quicker acceleration control (ECT) to repowering bank J20 A, besides the Proteus software for electronic circuit simulation and Ares building control electronics card was used. In the construction of electronic acceleration (TAC) adapted an actuator connected to a flexible cable to the throttle, and an accelerator pedal (APP) indicating its position sensor adapted. The bank underwent several tests of operation and control-electronic equipment accounting for an upgrade, to more than provide it with appropriate signage and safety devices, being ready to be manipulated by authorized laboratory personnel Automotive. It is advisable to govern the operating and maintenance users for use. Keywords: acceleration, electronic control, safety, engine, upgrade, system
