The data was tabulated in Excel (2010), and SPSS version 18 (2008) for the (ADEVA). The most relevant results in the productive behavior were: T1 with 705 g + 18.94; followed of the T2 645.00 g t 18.94; and T3: 652.50 g + 18.24 respectively, it was obtained the best final weights (g) of 4092.85 for the T1; T2, 3942.80, and for the T3, 3813.60 + 76.35 (p <0.04). The best feeding consumption of PB was of T3 with 33.42; g / day (p <0.01). The best performance to the carcass, was of T1 with 78.13%, 12: 75.24%; and with 74.05% of the T3 (p <0.01). In conclusion the surgery of castration of male chicken, result in an alternative of poultry production for small farmers, being possible extrapolates this technology to production schemes of higher scope.
