Resumen
The Chino anaerobic biodigester was designed and built in the farm "Los 5 Hermanos", El Dorado parish, province of Orellana. The analytical method consisted of taking samples to be analyzed by the LABSU laboratory, located in Francisco de Orellana, which yielded the following values: total solids 13%, carbon / nitrogen ratio 11:1, which allowed through equations and engineering formulas to determine design parameters, which were represented in plans using AutoCAD software. For the construction of the Chinese biodigester, the following was used: human talent (2), stone material (3 m3), cement (19 quintals), 1 electrowelded 10x10 mesh, 1 PVC pipe (8 inch), 4 iron rods (1/8), 2 triplex boards, wooden boards (30). To satisfy the 2 LPG/month used by the "Los 5 Hermanos" farm, the Chino anaerobic biodigester was built with the following dimensions; Height 2.43m, diameter 1.75m, dome volume 0.44 m3/biogas, dome height 0. 35m3, dome curvature radius 1.27 m, in addition it was oversized 10% with respect to its height, destined for storage (biogas), with a total volume of 5.1 m3, an estimated production of 2.2 m3 of biogas per day. During the production tests carried out on day 14 it produced 1.1m3 biogas, on day 20, 1.65m3 biogas, in 28 days 1.94m3 biogas. After the investigation, it was concluded that the Chinese biodigester built at the "Los 5 Hermanos" farm has a maximum efficiency of 88%. It is recommended to Mr. Segundo Álvarez to spread the use of biodigesters to generate biogas as a clean and environmentally friendly energy alternative in his sector.
