Resumen
An auto and immobilizer start system for a standarvehicle has been designed byadjusting a digital fingerprint scanner device in order to innovate the market with a newauto-start method contributing to the automotive area security byregistering thefingerprints when required. The investigation was carried out with switch start system information gathering, immobilizer systems and alarms existing in the market. Comparisons of elements andmaterials for the design and adaptation of theproposed system were carried out. Themain components are a fingerprint detector F708, which was imported from Mexico, and a connection circuit. The target code was designer in the connection process in Language C to analize thesignal inputs to be sent tothe Arduino Uno plataform.Lately, the fingerprint scanner and the connection circuit were adapted in the simulatorboard or supercharging testing bank at repair shop belonging to AutomotiveEngineering School, so that this equipment can distribute signals to the relies to makecontact, on–or-off engine with the respective running test starting car with the digitalfingerprint and have options as temporary access key, RFID (Radio FrequencyIdentification) card to allocate temporary users. It is recommended to get adjusted to the auto start system in order to use it effectively inthe practices to be carried out at the supercharging testing bank because it uses updatedtechnology which changes the starting habits and benefits the vehicle ́s owner safety.
