n the Reina del Cisne poultry farm in Chimborazo province, Riobamba canton, it was evaluated at different levels Enramicina growth promoter (75,100 and 125 g/t), added in the commercial feed to the broilers during the onset, growing and finishing, to be compared with a control treatment (without enramicina), using 400 day-old chicks of age, with 10 birds per experimental unit, distributed under a DCA, experimental results were analyzed using analysis of variance and separation of measures with the Tukey test. In the initial stage (1 to 14 days of age) and growth / 14 to 28 days old), with the use of Enramicina in 100 g/ton of food, the chickens had a better response in the weights gains, feed conversion, IEA and EIA (186.58). In the finishing phase (28 to 49 days old), better responses were obtained with 125 g/t, showing increases in weight of 1.48 kg. Lower feed conversion (2.04 =, greater IEA and EIA (490.07 and 253.30, in that order). The overall evaluation established that the addition of Enramicina in 100 g/t chicken food, we obtained the best responses in weight gain (2.58 kg. (, Feed conversión (1.88), carcass weight (1.87 kg), feed efficiency ratio (532.53), European efficiency rating (268.14) and an economic return of 20% in two months in office, so we recommend using the Enramicina in quantities of 100 g / ton of food.
