Resumen
Didactic Board of the Multipoint Electronic Injection System MULTEC IEFI-6 for the Automotive Engineering School of the ESPOCH was implemented so that the students may have a integral information of their theorical-practical background with a real system.The board was carried out with the fuel injection system parts of the automobile CHEVROLET CORSA MPF1.6; the main system elements were distributed and placed on the board according to the investigation andthese are: ECU (Electronic Unit Control), fuel pump relay, fuel pump, injector rail and injectors. On the board the corresponding benders were placed on each sensor to carry out voltage measurements and observe the wave form; the signals were simulated according to the real parameters of the motor functioning; this way the ECU is informed about the motor management, so that the information may be processed so as to active and control the actuators; the variation of the voltage signals corresponding to thesensors are handled through an interface in whichthe control knobs for each sensor are found; this way the board control is obtained.It is recommended to accomplish all the stipulate measures in the maintenance plan of the didactic board and use it for the created objectives; this will prolong its service life.
