Resumen
The preparation and modification of a programmable electronic injection was carried out with unidirectional telemetry of a rally motor in a MAZDA 323 automobile, changing the motor with the incorporation of programmable electronic injection with an ECU MegaSquirt to reduce the fuel consumption i the races as well as the times. A major motor performance was obtained upon carrying out previous calculi of the change of different elements; later, with the implementation of the electric and electronic systems which jointly will permit to set the motor to work with the help of the unidirectional telemetry with real time data. The availability of the adequate tool for the project practical work is very important with the care of the critical points of the different elements to be changed, carrying out cutting, rounghdressing, finishing, welding, perforation, threading implementation among others, in the mechanical system. For the electric and electronic system, it is necessary to dispose of a good equipment for cable and isolator welding. After a hard work, a real increase of the revolutions and hence of the final velocity, was obtained, maintaining it with a stechiometric mixture of 14.7 to 1 placing the automobile in the category of 1600 cubic centimetres (cc) with 77% power increase as compared to the standard motor predicting in the future the implementation of forged elements and a new bar kit
