Resumen
A frequency changer for the speed control of asynchronic motors, there-phase squirrel cage for the industrial control lab has been designed and constructed permitting the speed variation of electrical motors. With this equipment it will be possible to carry out the corresponding speed control practices and tests for students to learn technically through developing
intellectual skills to be applied in the professional field. With the implementation of this module the frequency changers and their composition in their different stages are studied though frequency variation and hence their speed. In this work the speed changer SINAMIC G110 is used, permitting the speed and voltage control of a there-phase asynchronic electrical motor through the feeding frequency regulation provided to the motor. This is the most efficient method in the speed handling in industrial
processes, permitting the energy saving which are the two most important reasons why the speed changers are used. The peed changer SINAMIC G110 permits to operate though variants: digital, USS and
analogical ones. In the latter a micro-controller module with an optional access to digital control has been designed being able to observe in its LCD the gyre reading. It is recommended to take the necessary precautions for the use these devices as the equipment works with high tensions.
