Resumen
Comparison of different neutralizes in the procurement skin in order to elaborate female shod was researched in the laboratory from tan of skins from FCP of the ESPOCH, It was carried out the comparison different counteract (formate, carbonate, and sodium bicarbonate), in the leather obtaining for the elaboration of female footwear, casting under a design bifactorial totality at random, with 3 treatments, 4 repetitions and 3 serial rehearsals. In the neutralization of skin sheep highly significant differences were presented (p 05), among the treatments being observed the best resentence result to the tension (163.50 N / cm2), percentage of elongation (83.25), and friction strength ( 62,67 cycles) with the sodium bicarbonate use (T3), being obtained leather with good capacity to the stretching, lengthened and a good abrasion fibers from collagen, ideals for making of female shod. When it was carried out the qualifications about sensory characteristics of the leather sheep were registered statistical differences according to Kruskall-Wallis among middles, being reported the best qualifications of softness (4,50 points), flower fineness (4,58 points) and bend , (4,58 points) when using sodium bicarbonate (T3). The biggest profitability in the investigation was reached with the sodium bicarbonate application (T3), as neutralize of the skin sheep the benefit cost reported a face value 1.27, since that is to say that for each overturned dollar it is hoped to obtain a profit about 27 cents that is very interesting and mainly higher that in another industrial activity. It is recommended to use sodium bicarbonate to neutralize leathers.
