Análisis y Determinación de Tendencias Vibracionales en los Grupos Electrógenos Autoalineables y Alineables Caterpillar 3512 del Distrito

Resumen
In the present work, the analysis and determination of the vibration tendencies of the alignable and self-alignable electrogen groups caterpillar 3512 of the Amazon District Lago Agrio Petroproducción were carried out to know the progression of faults and vibration levels admissible for the machine velocity. The vibration analysis in the rotary machinery, transductor selection, study of spectra FFT, regulations for the spectra analysis, norms for the measurement and evaluation of the acceptable vibration levels was considered. The study starts from the determination of the actual status of the equipment to collect the reading of vibration according to its critical importance. The measurement and marking points are determined in the physical place set in the electrogen groups. The tree structure and the measurement routes were elaborated. For this the software OMNITREND and the vibration analysis equipment for data collection were used. A predictive maintenance plan is elaborated and the different results of measurements are put in detail. From the analysis the fault advance, the factors caused and actions to be taken for correction are in detail to determined the admissible levels. This investigation is a practical guide for the machinery vibration evaluation of similar characteristics.
