dc.descriptionThe present work raises a project to the recognition of objects in images by means of the transformed one of distance using matlab. The distance of the transformed one is a mathematical tool used to represent the information of objects be already of visual or acoutic type; it is a simple but effective method for the recognition of objects in accordance with his form and position inside the image. Nevertheless, it will be projected further away implementing an integral system of recognition of the american language of signs (ASL) in real time.
