It explains the law that protects and regulates the rights of children and adolescents, in order to express that these despite committing crimes are protected by the State paying minimum penalties, making them key members of these criminal gangs. Through the collection of data from the different infographic sources, it was possible to verify the hypothesis raised by the fact that those young adolescents are easy targets to recruit for criminal youth gangs, due to their condition of privacy of those rights and conditions necessary to live. And the fact of paying for their crimes with less severity. An important part of our data collection method was the survey of those people who have lived in the corregimiento of Chorrillo, those who know this problem and those who have experienced living in a community with criminal gangs. In conclusion, it is considered that these young people are vulnerable to the influences to commit crimes and are key pieces for a criminal gang, they seek to obtain those basic rights to live, which they often lack due to their economic situation, the lack of attention from their caregivers, being able to believe that crime and belonging to these gangs is the only way to survive. This problem of criminal gangs may always be seen from another perspective, but in order to solve a problem, the different triggers of it must be observed.;   Esta investigación aporta la explicación de la problemática Bandas Juveniles Criminales, desde una perspectiva diferente, buscando conocer aquellos factores que orillan a los adolescentes del corregimiento del chorrillo a pertenecer a estas bandas y porqué estos jóvenes son ideales para ser reclutados por los cabecillas de dichas bandas. Se explica la ley que protege y regula los derechos de los niños y adolescentes, con el fin de expresar que estos a pesar de cometer delitos son protegidos por el Estado pagando penas mínimas, convirtiéndolos en miembros claves de estas bandas criminales. A través de la recolección de datos de las distintas fuentes infográficas, se pudo comprobar la hipótesis que plantea el hecho de aquellos jóvenes adolescentes son blancos fáciles de reclutar para las bandas juveniles criminales, debido a su condición de vida privada de aquellos derechos y condiciones necesarias para vivir. Y el hecho de pagar sus delitos con menor severidad. Parte importante de nuestro método de recolección de datos fue la encuesta realizada a aquellas personas que han habitado en el corregimiento del chorrillo, aquellos conocedores de esta problemática y quienes han experimentado el vivir en una comunidad con bandas criminales. En conclusión, se considera que estos jóvenes son vulnerables a las influencias para delinquir y son piezas claves para una banda criminal, buscan obtener aquellos derechos básicos para vivir, de los que muchas veces carecen debido a su situación económica, a la falta de atención por parte de sus cuidadores, pudiendo creer que el crimen y pertenecer a estas bandas es la única forma para sobrevivir. Estudio de la llegada de dípteros y formación de larvas en cabeza de cerdo (Sus Scrofa doméstico) expuesto al aire libre en el distrito de Cañazas, un lenguaje forense para la determinación del tanatocronodiagnóstico en cadáveres This investigative work was carried out in order to determine the behavior in the arrival of the Diptera and the formation of the larvae in part of an animal carcass. This type of study is of great importance in the forensic field because it provides information regarding the time of death of an individual by analyzing the characteristics of the development of the main insects that invade the body once their vital functions cease. Among the materials used are a pig’s head (Sus Scrofa domestic), an entomological mesh made by the students, acetone, cotton, and jars for collecting the different species of Diptera. The observation and collection method were used in certain periods of time. The results show the population of Diptera present in the different stages of the carcass and the number of larvae formed. The cadaveric fauna that develops in a corpse constitutes an important element in the forensic entomological study that allows determining not only the time but also the possible causes of death of an individual.; Este trabajo investigativo se realizó a fin de determinar el comportamiento en la llegada de los dípteros y la formación de las larvas en parte de un cadáver de animal. Este tipo de estudio es de gran importancia en el ámbito forense debido a que brinda información respecto al tiempo de muerte de un individuo mediante el estudio de los principales insectos que invaden el cuerpo una vez que cesan sus funciones vitales. Entre los materiales utilizados están una cabeza de cerdo (Sus Scrofa doméstico), una malla entomológica elaborada por los estudiantes, acetona, algodón y frascos para la recolección de las distintas especies de dípteros. Se utilizó el método de observación y recolección en determinados periodos de tiempo. Los resultados muestran la población de dípteros presentes en los diferentes estadios del cadáver y el tiempo de aparición de larvas.
