These arise as part of the new socialization practices of the new urbanity created in anime, whose aim is to transform the relationship between the human and technology. These reinterpretations and representations are thus far from positivist conceptions of an instrumental, developmental and mercantilist style. Rather, they are channeled toward new times and spaces that seek the redistribution of technology and the leading role of the human by building a new metaphysics that values old and new Western perceptions of everyday digital and electronic technology. This proposal is framed within a critical and social research paradigm. Qualitative research is involved, as well as historical and hermeneutical research techniques to support discussion groups.; Esta propuesta teórico-reflexiva buscó hallar e interpretar, lo que se propuso denominar como: las nuevas re-interpretaciones y re-presentaciones de las relaciones entre lo humano y la tecnología digital-electrónica [incluidas las TIC] cotidiana encontrada en el animé [animación japonesa], que emergen como parte de nuevas prácticas de socialización, nuevas formas de socializar que tomarían cuerpo en una nueva urbanidad creada desde el anime; la cual tendría como objetivo transformar las relaciones entre lo humano y la tecnología, alejándose de concepciones positivistas de cuño instrumental-desarrollistas-mercantilistas, encausándose hacia nuevos tiempos y espacios que apuesten por re-distribuir la tecnología en un tercer plano; recuperando el rol protagónico de lo humano, re-construyendo nuevas formas de una metafísica que re-valoren las nuevas-viejas percepciones de la tecnología digital-electrónica cotidiana instituidas en occidente. Guandacol is nestled in the Andean foothill valley of the same name at 1,050 meters above sea level.Those who have studied the region claim that Guandacol is related to the ethnic group of the Capayanes, who spoke the Cacan.There are three tributaries to the waterway in Guandacol: the Troya, Flecha and Guandacol rivers. Their waters have represented the ancient essential resource given by the gods to the people of Guandacol. In this context, the waterway has been a magnet that determined a dwelling place for the people, while it has also meant the very source of life, from the germinating seed up to the ripe fruit.The aim of this text is to review the waterway from the ethno-historical point of view, as well as the indissoluble and unquestionable relationship between the use of water as a resource and the vital mark it has always been for the natives. This relationship surpasses the oversimplification of merely using water as a resource.; Guandacol es una localidad del Departamento Felipe Varela, ubicado en  el  extremo oeste  de la Provincia de La Rioja (Argentina) y a 44 kilómetros hacia el Norte  de la ciudad de Villa Unión, sobre la Ruta 40 que comunica hacia el Sur con la Provincia de San Juan. Está enclavado en el valle homónimo pre cordillerano a 1.050 metros de altura sobre el nivel del mar.Quienes han estudiado la región afirman que Guandacol está relacionado al  grupo étnico llamado los Capayanes que usaban la lengua Cacana.La travesía del agua en Guandacol está representada en tres afluentes principales que comprendelos ríos de la Troya, la Flecha y Guandacol,  aguas que fueron el recurso esencial entregado por los dioses a los Guandacoles. El agua en este contexto actuó como una fuerza imantada que determinó el lugar de residencia, y cada derrame volumétrico de ella, esparcido por la tierra se constituyó en fuente de vida para mantenerla, desde el mismo momento de hacer germinar la semilla hasta consumir el fruto de la planta.Se procura en este texto repasar un recorrido etnohistórico asociado a la travesía del agua y la indisociable e indiscutible relación entre el uso como recurso y la impronta vital que implica este elemento para el habitante nativo, la cual excede el simplismo involucrado en la lógica de utilización de la misma. https://repositorioslatinoamericanos.uchile.cl/handle/2250/8551841 https://repositorioslatinoamericanos.uchile.cl/handle/2250/8551839 Women’s situation and disagreements in the pandemic: viewpoint from four Argentine social organizations; La situación de las mujeres y las disidencias en pandemia: una mirada desde cuatro organizaciones sociales argentinas This article results from the paper of the project “Territories in Action”, a collaborative mapping created with the purpose of making visible the work done by social organizations to battle the economic and sanitary crisis caused by the pandemic.COVID-19 made it evident that the preexisting problems and the preventive sanitary measures did not affect equally women, LGBTTTIQ+ communities and men. Four social organizations from different Argentine provinces will show the difficulties dealt with.; Este artículo surge en el marco del informe realizado para el proyecto Territorios en Acción, un mapeo colaborativo nacido con el propósito de visibilizar la labor desarrollada por las organizaciones sociales en pos de enfrentar la crisis económica y sanitaria producida por la pandemia.La irrupción del COVID-19, evidenció que las problemáticas preexistentes así como las medidas sanitarias preventivas, no afectaron de igual modo a mujeres, población LGBTTTIQ+ y a varones cis.
