The objective of this document is to offer the bases to promote the instruction of&#13;
soft skills within the comprehensive training of the business administrator, seeking&#13;
answer how the Agustiniana University can contribute to the development of said skills to&#13;
through the professional career in business administration, taking into account the impact that&#13;
had the COVID-19 pandemic in the models of work and professional work, based on the&#13;
analysis of the skills that the business administrator adapted to face the crisis, in&#13;
to maintain the productivity and efficiency of the companies where they worked, highlighting&#13;
those skills that are strengthened by achieving a balance between knowing how to do and knowing how to be, and&#13;
also in parallel, reviewing and evaluating the curricula of different universities&#13;
Colombians, corroborating the importance, relevance and academic weight that the institutions&#13;
give soft skills in the training of their future business administrators, to&#13;
finally, based on the previously analyzed, propose to the Uniagustiniana a plan that&#13;
allows you to integrate into your curriculum activities that develop soft skills in students.&#13;

This document presents the final report of the professional internship entitled "Update of the Guide and Creation of Manual for review, settlement and registration of accounts payable of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MinCIT) in the Integrated Financial Information System ( SIIF) NATION”. The general objective of this internship was to design a process manual for the review, settlement and registration of accounts payable from the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism in SIIF Nación in order to improve organizational control by updating and adapting the process of registration and control of accounts payable in SIIF Nación, function in charge of the accounting area. To achieve this objective, various activities were carried out, such as the review and identification of the limitations and possibilities of improvement of the guide for the review, settlement and registration of the accounts payable of MinCIT in SIIF Nación, thus proceeding to carry out the approach and implementation. of updates and corrections to the reference guide and the creation of the detailed Manual for the registration of accounts payable. This internship sought to improve efficiency, transparency, and security in the management of MinCIT's financial resources, as well as ensure compliance with legal and fiscal obligations regarding the registration of accounts payable. All this will contribute to strengthening the institutional image of the MinCIT and its ability to fulfill its mission and strategic objectives.

The kneading are a product consumed by many people but are not recognized for their gastronomic and touristic potential, the purpose of having developed a proposal for a gastronomic tourism route based on the kneading in the municipalities of Ventaquemada, Santa Sofía, Sutamarchan and Villa de Leyva de Boyacá, where cultural heritage, tourist routes, cultural tourism and of course gastronomic tourism are highlighted and developed within a methodology with a qualitative approach within a descriptive research where the municipalities of the Boyaca region are characterized, potential tourists and consumers of the gastronomic route were surveyed and ending with the organization of the gastronomic route by applying the opinions of future tourists. A gastronomic route was organized that includes the municipalities Ventaquemada, Santa Sofia, Sutamarchan and Villa de Leyva of Boyaca, where the kneading are elaborated by which this gastronomic route is based, taking into account the preferences of potential tourists and the needs that each municipality and the communities that live in them may have; they are also the great historians of the kneading for this reason this project will connect with them to understand and enhance tourism from the local gastronomy.
