<title>Primary stability with the Osseodensification drilling for dental implants in posterior maxilla region in humans: A systematic review</title>
<link>https://repositorioslatinoamericanos.uchile.cl/handle/2250/8151835</link>
<description>Primary stability with the Osseodensification drilling for dental implants in posterior maxilla region in humans: A systematic review
Background: Currently, a new non-subtractive drilling technique has been developed, called osseodensification, which consists of using drills designed with large negative cutting angles that rotate counterclockwise, causing an expansion by a plastic bone deformation, compacting the autologous bone to the osteotomy walls and thus improving the primary stability of the implant (13,14). Purpose: This systematic review aimed to answer whether the osseodensification technique can increase the primary stability of dental implants placed in sites of posterior maxilla region, compared to the conventional drilling technique. Methods: 5 databases were used for this research until June 30, 2022, with the inclusion criteria, comparison between osseodensification and conventional drilling, with observational clinical studies, randomized and non-randomized controlled trials in humans, in vivo, measurement of primary stability by ISQ, in posterior maxilla region. The tools used to assess the risk of bias were Rob2 and Newcastle Ottawa scale. Results: 7 articles were included, 4 with low risk of bias and 3 with moderate risk of bias. The osseodensification technique presented values ≥ 68 kHz of ISQ in all articles compared to conventional drilling with a value of 58.49 (kHz), 5 articles p &lt; 0.001 and 2 articles p &gt; 0.001. Conclusion: this systematic review concluded osseodensification improves primary stability at baseline in low bone density bone, such as the maxilla, compared to conventional drilling.

<link>https://repositorioslatinoamericanos.uchile.cl/handle/2250/8151846</link>
The purpose of this thesis is to analyse the feasibility of implementing solidarity&#13;
correspondents for the CREA savings and credit cooperative in the city of Cuenca. Chapter&#13;
one sets out the reasons why it is important to carry out this research. In chapter two, a&#13;
compilation of secondary sources is carried out to gather the characteristics of the population&#13;
of Cuenca in order to determine the opening of solidarity correspondents. In the third chapter,&#13;
a survey was designed and implemented, using data mining techniques based on clustering&#13;
to determine their opinion of the cooperative's services and their opinion of the solidarity&#13;
correspondents. In the fourth chapter, the design of the operation of the solidarity&#13;
correspondents was carried out, identifying the parameters that should be taken into&#13;
consideration to implement the project, as well as the possible optimal location of the solidarity&#13;
correspondents at the parish level according to the data obtained in chapter two. Finally, this&#13;
research concludes that the implementation of solidarity correspondents by the cooperative is&#13;
feasible. According to the results obtained through the survey and the clustering techniques,&#13;
members have a favourable opinion of the financial services offered by the cooperative and&#13;
there is an optimal perception of the incorporation of a new service such as solidarity&#13;
correspondents.

In this integrative project, a proposal was made to redesign critical processes belonging to the&#13;
production, packaging, and sales departments of the Ecuadorian Géneros Ecuatorianos&#13;
Ecuagenera company. Currently, the company does not have a business process&#13;
management system in place, which has made it difficult for employees to execute processes&#13;
efficiently, leading to waste of resources, operational errors, and incorrect information&#13;
management, thus complicating decision-making and continuous process improvement. Thus,&#13;
the first four stages of the Business Process Management methodology were implemented,&#13;
which involved identifying, discovering, analyzing, and redesigning processes. Through&#13;
techniques such as observation, interviews with employees and department heads, data&#13;
gathering, analysis, and evaluation, the processes were modelled "as is" and problems and&#13;
opportunities were identified that contributed to the proposal's development. Following this,&#13;
the seven critical processes on which the redesign was focused were identified and analyzed,&#13;
focusing on the digitalization and optimization of activities, resulting in improved times,&#13;
formats, and activities. Finally, a proposal for a Processes Manual was designed for the&#13;
departments under study, aiming to standardize the processes and contribute to their proper&#13;
execution.

<link>https://repositorioslatinoamericanos.uchile.cl/handle/2250/8152174</link>
The current integrative project was proposed because the owner of the company CP had&#13;
identified the need to reformulate the mission, vision and the creation of institutional values,&#13;
in order to have a clearer horizon of where to go in the future, in addition to convey this new&#13;
philosophy to its employees and thus achieve a greater sense of belonging, so an&#13;
intervention was conducted through workshops with all members of the company, in order&#13;
to meet this need. In addition, an internal and external analysis was carried out, which&#13;
contributed to the formulation of strategies, by taking advantage of the strengths and&#13;
opportunities to reduce weaknesses and defend against threats, likewise, different strategic&#13;
matrices were analyzed and developed to facilitate the development of the strategic plan&#13;
and the formulation of its value proposition. For the execution of certain strategies, the 2023&#13;
annual operating plan was elaborated, which includes a tentative schedule, resources,&#13;
budget, person in charge, indicator, measurement time and evidence for the fulfillment of&#13;
their respective actions.&#13;
Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of the integrating project were drawn, where&#13;
a brief professional opinion on the findings was made, as well as several suggestions for the&#13;
improvement and growth of the company.
