CdEl siguiente trabajo se presenta como requisito de trabajo de grado para optar por el título de tecnóloga en Supervisión de obras civiles y el cual se enfoca en el área de acabados, específicamente drywall y pintura. El libro viene divido en ocho ítems, y a lo largo de él se encontrarán conceptos básicos de materiales utilizados tanto en la instalación del drywall y como en la aplicación de pintura, también se encontrarán los tipos y la aplicación que pueda tener cada uno. El libro cuenta también con ejemplos o casos que se ven frecuentemente y es mejor tenerlos en cuenta para una supervisión futura y así evitar posibles gastos o incrementos de tiempos en las programaciones. Adicionalmente, también cuenta con una breve descripción de otros tipos de acabados aplicados tanto en muros internos como en muros externos. En él se encontrará también la metodología expuesta en el proyecto Green Gold de Bucaramanga para supervisar los acabados y hacer entrega de unos inmuebles en ópticas condiciones. Los procesos que se llevaron a cabo, los casos o situaciones particulares del proyecto han sido también documentados y expuestos en este libro con el fin de hacer entrega de un documento completo basados en la experiencia adquirida en este tiempo de prácticas y así pueda ser útil para futuros colegas en situaciones similares. title of technologist in Supervision of civil works and which focuses on the area of finishes, specifically drywall and painting. The book is divided into eight items, and throughout it you will find basic concepts of materials used both in the installation of the drywall and in the application of paint, you will also find the types and application that may have each. The book also has examples or cases that are frequently seen and it is better to take them into account for future supervision and thus avoid possible expenses or increases in schedule times. Additionally, it also has a brief description of other types of finishes applied to both internal walls and external walls. In it you will also find the methodology exposed in the Green Gold project of Bucaramanga to supervise the finishes and deliver some buildings in optical conditions. The processes that were carried out, the cases or particular situations of the project have also been documented and exposed in this book in order to deliver a complete document based on the experience acquired in this time of practices and thus be useful for future colleagues in similar situations.
