This study offers an analysis regarding human relationship and it implications on educational management in municipals schools of Nonoai (RS), focusing on the importance of communication and how it works in daily school routines. Had participation in this study, eight professionals of education, four of each school, (principals, coordinators and teachers from beginners and final years of Fundamental School). It was chosen qualitative approach (as study cases), and it was applied a questionnaire with open questions. Information was interpreted using simple categorization, and closed to the analysis of content. These reflections indicate the importance of a human relationship based on dialogue and the need of innovate more and more in the school management. The management based on dialogue-management can works as an integrative factor that can close different cultures, reducing historical, social and political consequences and producing appreciation for to dialogue. Orality is an approximation factor to improve human relationship in the scholar group and is an efficient way to include and to accept social differences. A renewed “praxis” is really necessary nowadays especially because the technological information has most been used than personal contact. The organizational quality mainly in the human relationships became obvious in the information from all collaborators as a way to get a level of teaching in which all the professionals of education that are involved in the school process, could be listen and valued. The consolidation of a democratic and participative management requests to much communication, besides the development of many actions in which learners and teachers could interact for general work developing efficient actions in the formation of a participative citizen.
