Resumen
Regardless the size of the organizations, organizational strategic communication is gaining more importance. Thus, new communication methods have been developed to better relationship between organizations and their stakeholders and to gain a better communication flow. As a result, this final paper focuses on strategic internal communications and as a general objective to analyze how the internal communication process in Royal Plaza Shopping Empreendimentos S.A. is. To achieve that, the methodology of this work is the construction of conceptual aspects and theoretical as well as a diagnosis of internal communication through informal conversations and interviews, clipping analysis, activities, events, projects and campaigns that have already been developed at the mall and conducting an opinion poll. At the end of the study, are proposed three ways to improve the flow of internal communication in that organization.
