This study aims to investigate the pedagogical use of computers and, more specifically, the Internet in expanding the training of teacher / manager, through interdisciplinarity. References Theoretical and practical thematize seek opportunities to set up the Internet as educational space, which makes the unfolding of a cycle of interactive work. For this study, we sought to support the qualitative approach, using a procedure educational meetings with teachers and students of the Private School of Professional Education in Computer Technician Course, located in a municipality in the central region of Rio Grande do Sul, in addition to literature review and questionnaires. The theoretical approaches to computing in education, its use as a training tool for teaching and learning, aspects that come to promote the work of managers in team participation. Thus, rather than a technology research and communication, the internet as an effective tool to support teacher / manager in the development of their educational activities, which affects the education of students in terms of creativity and criticality. For that to happen, in fact, it is necessary that the teacher / manager assumes the role of mediator in the interaction with the school community.
