A prática docente em uma escola de educação infantil: reflexões sobre a educação física

This monograph of specialization is constituted by a descriptive and qualitative research realized with teachers of an Early Childhood Education school. The main objective was to verify how it occurs the practice of Physical Education in a municipal Early Childhood Education school. The investigated aspects were about the type of learning that the practices of Physical Education propitiates in the Early Childhood Education, the difficulties that the teachers face to the realization of the Physical Education, and the questions of the affection and of the socialization. The data collection was realized through a questionnaire with open questions formulated by the researcher that was applied to eight Early Childhood teachers of a municipal school. When analyzing the data, it was verified that generally teachers know the proposal of the school and seek to perform their activities according to the same. Furthermore, they realize difficulties in working with physical education in early childhood education since they do not belong to the area and they recognize physical education in early childhood as a useful activity to work with affection and socialization and they are disposed and interested in having more knowledge about physical education in early childhood.
