The present work refers to the inclusion of students with intellectual disabilities in common schools. The objective of this we sought to investigate the challenge facing managers of inclusive education. The research was conducted in three schools in the city of Constantine-RS, one-APAE Special School, a state school and a high school School District elementary schools, interviewing teachers and managers who work or worked in the classroom, which have the same diagnosis Neurological Intellectual Disabilities. From this fact evident in the city of Constantine, looking through the interviews articulate two main categories, namely: Design and Strategies of Inclusion / work undertaken with the prospect of inclusão.O search result elect some difficulties that educators face in daily school and identify a number of actions that can facilitate this process.
