This study aimed to investigate the processes of a PPP School state public School in São Leopoldo/RS. The methodological procedures were based on qualitative research of type descriptive case study, in which five teachers answered a semi-structured interview. There followed three steps to analyze the information: reduction, presentation and conclusion. Also, there was documentary analysis of the PPP. After investigation, it became evident that to restructure its Political-Pedagogical Project, the School has several challenges to follow. The first will seek parents' motivation to participate and monitor the school life of their children, being more present, the second redesign of its systematic meetings with students responsible for creating a culture of understanding of the need to share the medium and long term. And, in parallel, start the movement to restructure its PPP with segments already engaged: students, faculty and staff.
