Abstract

Theprojectsolvesabasicneedofthesociety,itsstructureandorganizationashousingmeans,inthiscase,specificallyforGenoyandMapachico,acoupleoftownheaders,foundedaroundPastoCity,locatedonthesouthernhighlandsofColombia,intheAndes;thegroundsforthelocationofthisprojectarisesfromtheriskconditionsinwhichthesecommunitiesare,bytheirproximitytothevolcanoGaleras,theyarelocatedwithintheVolcanicHighRiskZone,remainapriorityforthese,carryoutaprocessofresettlementthatgivesthemhabitat,eithercollectivezoneofdevelopment,andqualitiesforthepublicspacialityandservices,whichresumesthereferencesandsolutionsoftheirsituation,inrespecttotheiroriginplaces,sincethevolcano'smainculturalreferencearoundtheAtrizValley. Thesolutionsofsettlementandhousingdesignsaregiveninaccordancewiththeseprinciples,andfurtherrespondtoalldiagnosticandanalyticalprocessspecifiedinthedocument,theresultisembodiedinahousingunitthatreinterpretsthelanguageofhometypicalAndean,technifiedinconstructiveandstructuralaspects,optimizingitsspecialqualities,throughtheprincipleofenergyconservation.
