Documentación de la Norma Técnica Colombiana 6001 en la empresa Palomino Soluciones y Tecnología

Abstract

The following document is based on the Colombian Technical Standard NTC 6001. Inside the company were documented the processes of the organization complying with the requirements of the standard with the aim to contribute to the continuous improvement of the services provided by the company achieving customer satisfaction. During the process of compilation it was made a general diagnostic of the organization identifying the strengths and the points at which they must improve to meet 100 percent with the standard and were defined and developed documents, format and procedures to be performed for each area.
