The Neighbors newspaper is a family business in which the desire and join journalistic criteria, but which also are the opinions of each and every one of its members. The familiarity of the company results in a pleasant work environment, but communication problems occurred. Excessive informality, lack of institutional channels of communication established, called attention in the presence of others, reflect the lack of hierarchical order and respect that should result in a serious company which despite the familiarity and kinship its directors, organizational communication processes occur. The commercial area of the newspaper, deserves an important reflection in this work, because despite being the holding company, is the one with major problems and where the rumor, job instability, disclaimers, dissatisfaction and pressure, are frequent. The economic situation of the country, the department and the city, do not make easy the task of advertising sales, and lack of motivation clinics sales to their websites, they ruin what should be one of the most important areas of the company. The commercial area is mediated by all other areas of the newspaper. The seller must clear guideline nature of the product, its advantages, features, message sizes, colors and designs, prices and last but not least, sometimes fight for your client is included with the odd quirk of advertising. That is why, we emphasize this area Neighbors demonstrates how a small business, the sales force needs to be supported and motivated permanently.
