Abstract

This research work is carried out with companies in the metalworking sector of Dosquebradas and Pereira, in order to diagnose the logistics outsourcing practices that increase the levels of competitiveness, identifying those practices, analyzing and comparing the benefits of these activities logistics indicators. It is intended that this research will serve to support the engineering sector and thereby contribute to the development of the region, in order to overcome obstacles such as lack of incentives for research and development.
