El reciclaje de PET, PEAD, PEBD, PS y PP en estibas plásticas como modelo de negocio
Gómez García, Leonardo Heli
The environmental deterioration, caused by the plastics industry in the world, has generated several problems mainly in contamination and deterioration of ecosystems. This has led to various thoughts and strategies that promote recycling and the use of tools to mitigate impacts and generate new business models with the same economic viability as conventional ones. Eco-efficiency, eco-innovation and eco-design are tools that not only propose solutions to the real problems, but also encourage the use of traditional methods such as recycling of what has been demonstrated with strong figures its importance and need. In line with the above, this project seeks to demonstrate economic viability from the manufacture of recycled plastic tanks, through the application of eco-efficiency and eco-innovation tools. The project was developed in the company Consult Green, dedicated to the management of industrial waste for more than 5 years in the city of Bogotá. During the development of the same, several tools are described, applied and analyzed with the aim of demonstrating that recycling plastics can be as profitable a business model as any that today governs our economy.
