The interest of this monograph is to describe and analyze critically the actions of the industrialized states, especially the United States, on issues concerning the environment, particularly the Clean Development Mechanism, act framed in the National Interest. It examines how, through the National Interest are reconfigured the Carbon Bonds objectives as well as cost-benefit reasons the States to carry out their decisions. To this effect, we take into account the creation of Bond Markets Carbon and economic scheme that is managed in the sale of nature, International Environmental Law, the US act and the costs of the bond market Carbon.
