Cristal Group S.A.S is an imported and commercialize company who wholesale a deep variety of products. It main office it is in San Victorino, the commercial heart of Bogotá. Currently, this sector has been transformed because of the Chinese community which has entered to the country thanks on globalization and the emigrant politics in Colombia. These migrants had changed goods prices and sector dynamics. Although, that is just a recent problem. Previously, the company has other type of challenges. On one hand, is the globalization and the facility that it has brought to travel around the world, and import products, especially from China; situation that the best clients of the company started to do it. On the other hand, the city has expanded its commercial places to the neighborhoods. At the beginning, the owners of those business establishments went to the company’s showroom, but then, some competitors started to visit them at their establishment, so they stopped going to the city center. The corporation, does not have the structure to solve this problem. From that point, this practical implementation project starts and pretends, based on a long time of investigation, identify the principal macroeconomic environment factors and the internal factors, analyzing them to detect the most important necessities of the organization, and propose an activities schedule to solve weaknesses and potentialize strengths, also approaching opportunities that the market offers, and facing threats.
