Resumen
The objective of this monograph is to interpret, from biopolitics, the building of a State
Racism in Germany through immigration policy under the leadership of Angela Merkel
(2005-2014). Over three sections it is presented in an organized way biopolitics theory
developed by Michel Foucault, with its postulates and main concepts, highlighting the
concept of State Racism. Also, it sets out briefly the history of immigration in Germany, its
current Immigration Act and Nationality Acy. This way it can be analyzed that Germany
has built a State Racism, from the theoretical view of Foucault’s biopolitics, through the
consolidation of existing immigration policy in that State (2005-2014), which brings
together the topic of international regular migration.
