Análisis del papel de la cooperación desarrollada por la Organización Internacional para las Migraciones (OIM) en Colombia, en la prevención y atención de las víctimas de la trata de personas en el departamento de Nariño

This research analyze the cooperation’s role developed by the IOM in Colombia through the implemented actions by the Departmental Committee of the Fight Against People Trafficking in Nariño. Of the result tries to identify the regional work framework developed to reduce the high indices of victims from people trafficking, and how it has influenced, in the protocol creations, programs, policies, process, rut actions and capacitation of the public officers for the victims prevention and attention, through the implementation of cooperation tools like the resources transference and the technical assistance. This research project will be accomplished thru a study case, using the Liberal Neoinstitutionalism of the International Relations discipline. The research method will be qualitative through interviews and document analysis. To conclude there is no clear and updated evidence to support the role played by this organization in planning, development and implementation of their main politics.
