Resumen
This paper introduces the generation and conceptualization of information as a result of the interplay among factors or elements that make up the companies. We claim that such an understanding is to be found on the way leading to knowledge management and the theory of complexity theory. As a study case we focus on Carrefour Grandes Superficies of Colombia, and in both a descriptive and reflective way it is studied how the company operates information and its impact on the artea of Organization and Projects.
The theoretical framework is made up of two theories, namely knowledge management band complexity. I shall assess that in Carrefour knowledge and complexity are to be grasped as two force features for the team of Organization and Projects.
