| dc.description | Os processos decorrentes das modelações que o espaço sofre, unidos ao ritmo e a dinâmica das sociedades, criam os ambientes, dentre eles os urbanos, os quais são constantemente modificados de acordo com interesses do poder público e dos agentes produtores do espaço. Neste sentido a presente pesquisa pretende analisar o desenvolvimento e os instrumentos balizadores do espaço urbano no bairro Kobrasol, que é considerado hoje como central no município de São José – Santa Catarina (SC), por consequência da dinâmica urbana e da legislação vigente, especialmente do Plano Diretor (PD) de 1985. A problemática da pesquisa se reflete em como o bairro foi sendo desenhado à luz desse plano diretor, e como este espaço se modifica de acordo com os interesses dos agentes modeladores. Nesta perspectiva, a hipótese é a de que a dinâmica urbana do bairro causou um adensamento populacional no município influenciando em todo o seu entorno, isto consequentemente trouxe demanda por investimentos em políticas públicas, que foram empregadas no sentido de viabilizar o processo de ocupação a partir de investimentos (ou não) em infraestrutura e serviços, com consequências diretas no cotidiano local. Esta pesquisa se justifica pelo fato de que o processo de urbanização de um determinado lugar muda completamente sua área, fazendo com que esta perca suas características rurais e passe a ganhar aspectos ligados ao desenvolvimento tecnológico. Com isto, tem-se a importância dos estudos dos impactos sócio-espaciais gerados como forma de compreender as evoluções do ambiente local possibilitando informações que subsidiem ações que possam contribuir para uma melhor qualidade de vida da população por trazer informações da área. Então logo, para se entender a estruturação do Kobrasol e consequentemente conhecer a modificação que gerou em âmbito regional, torna-se necessário analisar as relações estabelecidas entre os agentes transformadores do espaço urbano e a valorização da terra urbana no processo de expansão da cidade. | |
| dc.description | The processes resulting from the patterns that space suffers, together with the rhythm and dynamics of societies, create the environments, among them the urban ones, which are constantly modified according to the interests of the public power and the agents that produce space. In this sense, the present research intends to analyze the development and the instruments of the urban space in the Kobrasol district, which is now considered central in the municipality of São José – Santa Catarina (SC), due to urban dynamics and current legislation, especially the Master Plan of 1985. The research problem is reflected in how the neighborhood was designed in the light of this master plan, and how this space modifies itself according to the interests of the modeling agents. In this perspective, the hypothesis is that the urban dynamics of the neighborhood caused a population density in the municipality influencing all its surroundings, this consequently brought demand for investments in public policies, which were employed in the sense of making feasible the occupation process from of investments (or not) in infrastructure and services, with direct consequences in the local daily life. This research is justified by the fact that the process of urbanization of a certain place completely changes its area, causing it to lose its rural characteristics and to gain aspects related to technological development. With this, it is important to study the socio-spatial impacts generated as a way to understand the evolution of the local environment, allowing information that subsidizes actions that can contribute to a better quality of life of the population by bringing information from the area. Then, in order to understand the structure of Kobrasol and consequently to know the modification that generated in the regional scope, it becomes necessary to analyze the relations established between the transforming agents of the urban space and the valorization of the urban land in the process of expansion of the city. | |
