By means of the method of adjustment structural refinement or Rietveld method, the estimate was performed the titanium dioxide (TiO2) lattice parameters doped with chromium (Cr). This semiconductor is used in researches of photocatalytic processes involving visible radiation. To make the adjustment the lattice of doped titanium dioxide with chromium, first five different samples were synthesized by the Pechini method. The Ti1-xCrxO2 form, with x values of 0.05, 0.1, 0.3, 0.6 and 0.9 in molar fraction. Based on the x-ray technique, could be identified the maximum concentration that endure the network (less to 0.1) and with the refinement software General Structure Analysis System (GSAS), could be obtained the structural parameters of the sample. The new band gap was determined with Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy (DRS) technique. The techniques Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy Dispersive X ray Spectroscopy (EDS), was used to identify the morphology and elemental semiconductors percentage obtained. Finally, It was performed a process evaluative of photodegradable capacity. By using visible radiation chamber and a solution of methylene blue pollutant to verify its scope in the visible field and it was gotten a measure of the percentage of degradation under these conditions.
