Resumen
The present work of certification is based on the application of computer software for the simulation of the compressor wheel of the turbocharger on a vehicle model Opel Combo tuor 1.3CDTI, it is applying reengineering to the model described with the aim of analyzing the critical areas of flow and design, which generate disturbance reducing the efficiency of pumping, to achieve this result is used the software ANSYS together SOLIDWORKS using their tools for the creation of sheets with the purpose of obtaining a geometry that conforms to the requirements of design, with bladegen that is a tool of ANSYS was obtained the form and with SOLIDWORKS was given volume, it was conducted a static analysis and later a flow coming to appreciate the main features of pumping, variables such as the speed of income and the pressure at the outlet are directly affected by the input section, the angle of attack and the outlet section. Perturbations are high where short sheet flow that instantly raises the speed of flow and output, thus is achieved high pressure in the intake manifold. The regime of wheel load is stable with low flow disturbances, use a mesh that conforms better to model in conjunction with operating parameters reals that guarantees a reliable and clear result.
