Resumen
The use of Information and Communication Technologies in Education, are in full expansion,
there are varieties of network tools that contribute to the teaching-learning process of students.
About the study conducted to Webex, Hangout, Skype, applying the analytical, synthetic and
scientific methods was selected as a videoconferencing tool considering the type of license
functionality, flexibility, navigability, usability a Wiki was added additionally as asource of
bibliographic information and Edublog as bulletin board. The tools are put into practice after
the selecction in a Virtual Classroo of computer database and Pogramming Languages I Agro -
Industrial School at the National University of Chimborazo. The Virtual Classroom will help to
teach the subject in a face to face and semi – attendance way, and even before natural disasters
such as earthquakes of high magnitude. As a result of the tabulation of surveys carried out to
the students, it is concluded that the integration of video conferencing and text tools in a virtual
classroom system of Moodle learning, supports the learning process by allowing 85%, also
helps to the teacher in the same percentage in the teaching process by allowing the class to teach
is didactic, benefiting the teacher – student interactivity.
