Resumen
In „‟Vabrului‟‟, poultry farm located at Km 1 ½ on Quevedo-Ventanas way, the
research: Organic Methionine in replacement to the DL-Methionine in chickens
was carried out, in which there treatments were used: T DL-Methionine 100%; T2: DL-Methionine 50% + Organic Methionine 50% and T1: Organic Methionine 100% with 4 repetition each, under a design completely at random, data were
processed using SAS software (8.2) (2001) for ADEVA, for measure separation
according to Duncan (P<0.05) and Excel (2007) for regression analysis. Finding that T2: 3: DL-Methionine 50% + Organic Methionine 50% allowed to register the best productive indicator; measured weekly , the net weight 138,51; 396,73; 810,16; 1277,71; 1872,55 and 2513,59 g; 95,16; 258,22; 413,44; 467,55; 594,84 and 641,04 g weekly weight gain; 58,82 g daily weight and final weight 2513,59 g; weekly food conversions of 0,72; 1,12; 1,30; 1,48; 1,56 and 1,65 demonstrating efficiency up to 42 days. Moreover, it also demonstrates that this food conversion responded to a square model significantly related (P < 0.01), el 77,32; 94,07 y 86,21 % the vonversion respond on the handling period; its also allowed to record a benefit / cot of 1,54 and a production cost of 1,33 USD / Kg.
Concluding this way that the use of DL-Methionine 100%, DL-Methionine 50%
+ Organic Methionine 50% recorder the best indicators during fte test to not to
revel statistical difference.So it my be recommended investigating the relationship between essential aminoacids in combination with enzymes en order to determine efficiency in other species of zootechnical importance.
