Resumen
In the poultry farm located at Barrionuevo Km 7 in Veracruz parish, in Puyo
Macas, in Pastaza province, developed the “assessments of the effect of the
enzyme Allzyme – SSF in diets for initial growth and fattening of chickens Cobb
500 and Ross 308” which analyzed under a completely randomized design with
combinatorial arrangement which recorded that the Cobb 500 chicks using 143.70
and 339.88 g record the first and second week, a weight gain of 2299.82 g and
feed conversion 1.9 being more efficient in the growth phase, in the development
phase of chickens COBB 500 to 500 g/tn SSF enzyme reached a weight gain of
986.76 g, a feed conversation of 1.64 being most efficient in phase 500 Cobb
broiler treatment with 500 g of SSF as enzyme showed a feed conversion of 1.76
being the most efficient and finally 500 COBB birds that received 500 g/tn of
enzymes showed the Supply better conversation (1.72) can therefore conclude
that the chicks of the Cobb 500 to use 500 g/tn of SSF enzyme showed the best
efficiency as the best indicator reached so productive is recommended even
further developing other research with organic catalysts that allow birds to be even
more efficient because it removes large amounts of nutrients in excreta.
